We collect personal data (name, transcripts, test scores, payment info) solely to evaluate academic eligibility, deliver advisory services, and process payments. We do not sell your data and share it only with necessary service providers. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.
Services & Payments
Orange Advisory provides independent educational consultancy for Dutch higher education. Contracts begin upon payment confirmation. All fees are payable in advance. The Diagnostic Call fee is 100% credited toward any full package enrolled within 14 days.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel within 14 days of booking if services have not commenced. Conducted sessions (including Diagnostic Calls) are non-refundable. Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. Partial package refunds are calculated proportionally based on completed milestones.
Limitation of Liability
Orange Advisory provides expert strategic guidance, but final decisions rest entirely with external authorities. We do not guarantee university admissions, Nuffic credential equivalencies, IND visa approvals, or housing placements. Maximum legal liability is strictly limited to the total fees paid for our services. We provide educational and relocation guidance. Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant Dutch authorities.
